Picture has been through some changes

Your loan has been transferred from Picture Financial Services Plc to Picture Home Loans (No.1) Limited or Picture Home Loans (No.2) Limited. The terms and conditions of your loan, including your account number, remain the same. You should continue to quote your account number in any correspondence.

Although the present owners of the loans are trading as ‘Picture’, the company is unrelated to the previous owner Picture Financial Services Plc.

Introducing Target Loan Servicing

As part of this change, Picture Home Loans No.1 Limited and Picture Home Loans No.2 Limited have chosen Target Loan Servicing to administer your loan. Target Loan Servicing will ensure the continued smooth administration of your loan. Target Loan Servicing is a specialist loan and mortgage administration outsourcing company and is part of Target Group.
